3. Payment Terms

6. Service Delivery

6.1: The Company will strive to meet all deadlines; however, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or client-side factors are not the Company’s responsibility.
6.2: The Company guarantees quality and performance as specified in the agreement.

Payment Return Policy

7. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
• Non-delivery of services due to issues on the Company's end.
• Services not rendered as agreed in the project scope.
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
• Change of mind by the client after service initiation.
• Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary inputs.
• Cancellation by the client for reasons unrelated to service performance.

8. Refund Process:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@oceanwalkit.com within 14 days of identifying the issue.
The Company will evaluate the request and provide a resolution within 30 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, excluding transaction fees, if applicable.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1: Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
9.2: If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Chennai jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Updates to Terms
